Do I need a complete SAM.gov registration or only a Unique Entity ID?

SAM.gov registration

A Unique Entity ID identifies the business, but it is not the same as an active entity registration. A business that wants to bid directly as a prime contractor generally needs the full SAM.gov registration. SAM.gov says registrations must be renewed every 365 days and activation can take up to 10 business days.

RECOMMENDED NEXT ACTIONUse the official Entity Registration page to choose Register Entity, prepare the requested company information, and keep credentials and banking details only inside the official systems.
