PRE-LAUNCH LEGAL REVIEW
Clear promises before
commercial launch.
These are operational drafts, not final legal terms. They are not published customer terms and require review by a qualified attorney before any commercial launch. These drafts do not authorize publication, checkout, data sale, customer-facing AI, or legal claims of compliance. Each requires legal review and a separate founder approval before becoming effective.
TERMS OF USE · DRAFT
Terms for a decision-support service, not a promise of an award.
- 01Purpose
ContractVector provides educational federal-market readiness, organization, drafting, and opportunity-analysis tools. It does not act as an agency, broker, attorney, contracting officer, or representative of the government.
- 02Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the facts they enter, the evidence they use, their registrations, eligibility representations, submissions, payments, and communications with third parties.
- 03No guarantee
A score, recommendation, template, or fit review is not legal advice, an eligibility determination, a promise of compliance, or a prediction or guarantee of a contract award.
- 04Acceptable use
Customers may not enter credentials, classified information, CUI, export-controlled data, financial-account details, or content they do not have the right to use.
- 05Future paid services
Any subscription, price, refund process, renewal terms, and cancellation rules will be disclosed before checkout is activated and must be approved for commercial launch.
PRIVACY NOTICE · DRAFT
Plain language about the business information we need and why.
- 01Information collected
Account contact details, business-profile facts, customer-entered project evidence, opportunity decisions, product usage, and support requests. ContractVector should collect only what is needed for the requested feature.
- 02How information is used
To authenticate the customer, provide the requested workspace, personalize guidance from saved facts, maintain security, improve reliability, and meet lawful obligations. Customer content is not used to train ContractVector's AI systems.
- 03Service providers
ContractVector may use carefully selected providers for authentication, hosting, official opportunity retrieval, and—only after activation—AI processing. Provider access should be limited to the services they perform.
- 04Customer choices
Customers can access their workspace, export saved ContractVector data, request deletion of saved data, and receive a clear path to raise privacy questions. Complete identity deletion remains subject to the final configured process.
- 05What remains prohibited
Do not provide Login.gov or SAM.gov passwords, one-time codes, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, military-service documents, CUI, or other restricted information.
SERVICE LIMITS · DRAFT
Automation can clarify work. It cannot make binding decisions for a customer.
- 01Human approval always required
ContractVector cannot submit registrations or proposals, certify eligibility, make a payment, accept a contract, contact a buyer, or make a legal or final award decision for a customer.
- 02Official sources control
SAM.gov notices, agency instructions, official records, and authorized government officials control. ContractVector should direct customers to those sources when a decision depends on them.
- 03Evidence first
The product must distinguish customer-supplied facts, official-source information, assumptions, and missing evidence. It must not invent past performance, certifications, capacity, or requirements.
- 04AI-specific boundary
Any activated AI may explain, analyze, recommend, and draft within stated limits. It must use minimum necessary context, preserve usage limits, provide a fallback, and not silently take external action.
- 05Escalations
Potentially sensitive, legal, financial, eligibility, or security-related situations require the customer, an authorized human, or qualified professional assistance—not autonomous platform action.
